President Executive authority and responsibility reside with the President, as the Chief Executive, who appoints such directors, committees and assignees as he deems necessary to the proper function and operations of the organization.

Operational Advisors Includes those of particular expertise in operational skills and organizational operations.

Professional Advisors Includes those of expertise in legal, medical and related professional fields.

Executive Director The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of policy and executive directives.

The Division of Operations is run by the Director of Operations, or, in the absence of an appointed Director of Operations, the Executive Director, or, in the absence of both a Director of Operations and an Executive Director, the President.    Operations includes all activities related to the ongoing functions of the organization not directly under the authority of the Divisions of Officials, Information or Planning, and includes all tournaments, events, and ongoing or special programs that are not specifically included in the other divisions.    The Director of Operations is appointed by the President, serves at the pleasure of the President, and is responsible to the Executive Director and the President.

The Division of Officials is run by the Director of Officials, or, in the absence of a Director of Officials, the Executive Director, or, in the absence of a Director of Officials and an Executive Director, the President.    Officials includes all referees, scorekeepers, timekeepers and such other positions or individuals directly related to and charged with the refereeing, scorekeeping and timekeeping of sanctioned competition, as well as the conduct of officials certification activities.    Officials are responsible for the proper application of competition rules as set down by the Executive, or such rules committee as may be charged by the Executive for the formation of competition rules, and with the proper execution of all activities related to such application and the recording thereof.    The Director of Officials is appointed by the President, serves at the pleasure of the President, and is responsible to the Executive Director and the President.

The Division of Information is run by the Director of Information, or, in the absence of a Director of Information, the Executive Director, or, in the absence of a Director of Information and an Executive Director, the President.    Information includes research, education, publication, media relations, marketing and promotions, and such other activities as may facilitate continuing education, public awareness, growth of the sport, and positive positioning of the organization.                        Additionally, the Division of Information is responsible for the maintenance of all records and archive materials of the organization.    The Director of Information is appointed by the President, serves at the pleasure of the President, and is responsible to the Executive Director and the President.

The Division of Planning is run by the Director of Planning, or, in the absence of a Director of Planning, the Executive Director, or, in the absence of a Director of Planning and an Executive Director, the President.    Planning includes both short and long term strategies to support organizational operations and services, including, but not limited to, major tournaments, events and programs. Planning also cooperates with Information and Operations in the development of strategic long-term organizational positioning.    The Director of Planning is appointed by the President, serves at the pleasure of the President, and is responsible to the Executive Director and the President.
